The Kectil Program seeks bold, motivated individuals between the ages of 17 and 26 who are ready to take on global challenges and become catalysts for positive change in their communities. The program provides an inclusive platform for youth voices, promoting cross-cultural collaboration and solution-oriented leadership.
What the Program Offers
Participation in the Kectil Program is completely free of charge. Selected participants will benefit from an array of unique learning and networking opportunities, including:
1. Year-Long Leadership Development
The Kectil Program spans 12 months, during which participants engage in intensive leadership training. This includes structured modules that focus on personal development, ethical leadership, effective communication, and project planning.
2. Mentorship by Global Leaders
Participants receive personalized mentorship from internationally recognized professionals across various sectors, including business, education, science, and social entrepreneurship. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Kectil Program 2026, applicants must:
• Be between the ages of 17 and 26 at the time of application
• Reside in a developing country
• Demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to community service, and ability to communicate effectively in English
• Show a strong interest in addressing social, economic, or environmental issues in their community
