MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ntindah Kay Luembe

Ntindah is a strategist with over 15 years of experience connecting business and development. Under her leadership, Moxie effectively uses commercial strategies, social behaviour change communication, and human-centred design to help brands engage with communities, achieve social impact, and generate sustainable profits. Her career includes leadership roles across Africa with organisations such as WFP, Marie Stopes International, MTN, Viamo, and Emirates Airlines.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Chisumbu Harriet Chilima

Chisumbu is a digital storyteller with a deep-rooted passion for authentic connection and purposeful communication. With over seven years in marketing and communications, she’s crafted engaging content, built meaningful communities, and executed digital strategies rooted in understanding people, their needs and stories. Her experience includes work with Airtel, Minor Hotels, Edge Growth South Africa, Discover Zambia, Toyota, Sanlam, and AB inBev.

With a strong academic background in Marketing, Business Management, and Brand Leadership, she has developed deep expertise in consumer engagement, account management, brand positioning, and media planning. Antoinette is passionate about driving results through data-led strategies and innovative media solutions.
