- ABOUT 3IS
3iS is a non-profit organization that specializes in delivering high-quality information management services to humanitarian and development actors. By combining technical expertise with contextual understanding, 3iS supports local authorities, institutions, and global partners in strengthening their data management capabilities—helping them make evidence-based decisions and improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.
PROJECT OVERVIEW: AREMS
The AREMS (Agentic Risk & Environmental Management System) initiative represents a transformative approach to humanitarian response and risk analysis. By merging structured data with community-sourced intelligence into a dynamic knowledge graph, AREMS leverages AI-powered agents—accessible via messaging platforms—to equip non-technical users with real-time insights, risk assessments, and decision-making support.
This pioneering system aims to decentralize and localize decision-making in complex humanitarian environments.
